Jo is wonderfully empathetic and supportive. She always creates a calm environment for our sessions and is really helping me find my way through complex grief after losing both my parents and my brother within a short space of time. I honestly don't know where I'd be without Jo's help and support over this last year. I had tried other counsellors before I found her, and what set Jo apart was her understanding and insight into death itself; it was this that helped me work through the trauma I'd been through, and slowly recover.

Jo is amazing. Welcoming with a cuppa waiting and the setting is so calming. I met jo a year ago and shes helped me with ALOt. Her kind nature is so welcoming you instantly feel at home. I was really struggling with a suicide of a friend and my anxiety. Speaking with jo just calms me. She doesn't judge you she listens and gives amazing advice. I think if it wasn't for jo my mental health would be at rock bottom and I thank you for your support. Take care lovely
