Thanks to Errill Bagunu at PIBOB consulting who did a fantastic job managing a retrospective approval for build over agreement application with Thames water regarding a build project in London. Errill was extremely helpful and communicative and made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend Errill and his company as structural engineers for any project.

Used Errill for steel calcs to remove some chimney breasts, he was on time and delivered the calcs as requested. Since then reached out to him a few times months after payment and Errill still comes back everytime without fail trying to help. Cannot ask more than that.
