We have recently bought a house up in Cumbria and used Bespoke as our Law firm. 366 miles away and nothing short of incredible. We were assigned Laura Guy and she was fantastic. This was our first time buying a house and it can be a really daunting experience. Laura and her assistant, Aimee (I apologise if she isn't an assistant!) went above and beyond for us and never left us waiting for an answer. You hear horrifying solicitors stories where you chase and chase and chase, never hear anything and have emails unopened and not replied to for days.. this was the complete opposite for us. Laura and Aimee kept us completely up to date, chased for us whenever we asked and not ONCE in 5 months did I have to wait for a call back, if I called, someone spoke to me. Like I said, this was a first experience for both myself and my husband (married March 5th 2025) and we were made to feel really special. They emailed us the day after we got married to congratulate us and pushed as hard as they could to get us in before the wedding, unfortunately this didn't happen, but I truly believe they did all they could. When we finally completed, Laura called us to give us the good news and you would think it was her house! She was so excited, enthusiastic and genuinely happy for us! Thank you Laura:)

I do feel like I have left this praise short of Aimee's name but she was also just as fantastic. She emailed back quickly, answered the phone quickly and whenever I needed a question answered and she didn't quite know the answer 100%, she would ask and come back to be immediately. Thank you Aimee!

We would and have recommended this firm to anyone we know! We never had to go down once as we were so far and that was also a big this for us. They are incredibly priced and for first time buyers like us, we are so grateful for everything they have done!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Bespoke Law Services. I had Sophie and Rebecca looking after the sale/purchase and they really did everything they could to make it go smoothly. The solicitor on the other side caused a lot of delays but they were consistently contacting to make it move quicker. They replied to all my emails within 24 hours, most of the time it would be on the same day. They explained everything to me and kept me updated. Was very happy with the service they offered considering it was frustrating sale (not their fault) at times. Would highly recommend.

Obstructive and incompetent, the lack of care shown by this outfit of bandits had a simple no chain purchase drag on for five months, costing us needless SDLT through missing the April deadline.

They were combative and reluctant to assist on matters so basic that we sidestepped them and went directly to the vendor on multiple issues. You will note that they do their best to bully poor reviews off rather than address the outrageous service given. On that note, as they tried to legally bind us in to fees, despite being our sellers solicitors, I believe we would qualify as a client, before I am asked to remove this because they were not explicitly our representatives.

I can only fathom that they get business through prospective clients blindly following quote comparisons. Please avoid doing so unless you are purposefully out to have the process delayed at every opportunity, and to be disrespected at every touchpoint. Embarrassment.

So far my experience has been mostly positive. I’m 2 weeks into the conveyancing process and understand it may take up 12 weeks which I’m comfortable with. The communication has been open and regular with updates. I will add to this review at the end of the process for completeness.

We instructed Bespoke Law Services to manage through our house sale and communication has been shocking. We're still awaiting an update and our case is constantly being passed from person to person then we hear nothing for weeks. They seem to be better at responding to their reviews than their actual customer cases.
