I can highly recommend JSA especially to anyone who has any reluctance to access therapeutic services. I was immediately put at ease and have found the service professional and supportive. The therapists are accommodating and flexible in their sessions , and I have found huge benefit to my well being having been referred through a work based program.

The staff at this company are rude and unprofessional, They we’re asked by a court to undertake life story work with my children. The work never took place and I simply asked them why this was. They ignored my emails when I asked for a reason as to why they closed the case without telling me. They replied by threatening me that they would instruct their solicitor for unwanted communication, this was after my 2 professional and polite emails. Avoid this company
