Terrible experience with this company, one of the worst I've come across. Office staff were demeaning and rude.I was bullied consistently throughout weeks of care from 1 carer, who they refused to replace. Lied to that these issues would be dealt with & left without a carer even turning up many, many times. The 1 star is for the couple of lovely carers that work there.
