Having been referred to Jacob at Bowland IT, for a major storage upgrade and transfer on my main desktop, I wasn't apprehensive - and I didn't need to be as the service was superb. Jacob a very nice man visited us looking at our old computer, we had decided we needed a new computer as the old one was struggling with our new internet. He assessed our needs and worked out we didn't need anything fancy. He called again to deliver the new computer. He went through everything with me explaining things as he went. He was very clear and spoke in English and NOT computer speak. He did a very good job. The installation was quickly done very much to my liking, excellent all the way.

Bowland are absolutely brilliant. On submitting a ticket, we have an answer of the issues/challenges within the hour and usually solved the same day, even if its a visit to our site.

I had an old laptop 2012 model which after some investigation by Bowland IT we agreed costs involved to repair exceeded model's future usage. It was good to know all avenues were looked into to see if it could be fixed at a reasonable cost first, as loathed to buy new one if not necessary . They were most helpful and very professional. After some discussion and patience on their part,
I decided to purchase a refurbished macbookpro from them ..
it came virtually next day once decided on one I wanted . The back up support was excellent, feel assured on choice made. Thank you.
