I had done some research on who to potentially go with, David's reviews speak for themselves and I am glad that I proceeded with David.

His report is very thorough, we paid for a level 2 survey and have not been disappointed with the detail (including photos) of the areas discussed. David was quick to reach out from our enquiry and then it took a bit of time to liaise with the seller and estate agent to get a date that suited so David could go and inspect the place. Now the report is very thorough so you have to be patient as he will be juggling a number of clients at the same time I'm sure, but it is worth the wait!

When I was looking for a surveyor for my property purchase, I chose Eriss based on their online reviews. The report was detailed and included pictures, which made everything much easier to understand, especially since I’m not familiar with building structures. David was really helpful, taking the time to explain things clearly so we knew exactly what was going on with the property and what might need attention in the future. He’s quite busy, so replies might be a bit delayed, but it’s definitely worth being patient for his professional work. Highly recommend!
