Fantastic service! iPhone screen broke late Saturday evening. Used the chat option via the website around 11pm and booked a slot for the following day which was a Sunday. The screen replacement took 10 minutes and it works perfectly. I was advised that they offer a service where they come to your house and repair it in their van for £15 extra.

I can't thank Ian enough for managing to clone my broken mobile to my new mobile. The process wasn't without many an issue but Ian persevered and ensured everything was recovered. He kept me informed during the whole process and in my honest opinion he really seemed like he went above and beyond what would normally have been more straight forward but my old handset certainly tested his process at each stage.

Would 100% recommend his services, I consider him trustworthy and honest in his advise.

Just got on with the job I had my phone back same day , my phone is my lifeline
( I have to clock in and out on my phone for work ) so really needed it !
I had it back the same day he even offered to stay open for me that day so I could pick it up ,

Took my laptop in for new battery and charging port once I got it back it wasn't working properly and I was getting shocked from the laptop when it was charging. Took the laptop back in under warranty repair shop had it for 3 weeks one minute it was ready next minute it wasn't. Finally got the laptop sent back to me only for it to now be completely broken. Crashed after turning it on and now won't load at all, just get the Mac flashing folder with question mark. It ran flawlessly apart from a bad battery before I took it in originally, had owned the Mac book pro from new. Phoned the shop and he said he would look into it and phone me back. Guess what no call back or communication. I have now had to buy a new laptop. Should probably take the shop to court.

Master mobile really deserves far more than 5 stars took my tablet in at 09-30 infected with virus collected just after 10-30 service second to none and not as expensive as you might think.

Having used Mastermobile in the past, I had no hesitation in returning. There was a problem with the charging port which was fixed promptly with no problems. If I have any further problems I will always return. I highly recommend them
