I love Luke's yoga classes. There are always modifications for all abilities. There is always a lovely balance of serenity and humour, and there is a lovely community spirit. I'm so glad there are now two sessions a week, and they really are the highlight of my week! Great for both my physical and mental health. I'm so glad I found MiNDFiT yoga. X

I was apprehensive about signing up for 1:1 PT sessions but my only regret now is that I didn't do this sooner! Luke is an inspirational coach and mentor, and has given me the confidence, tools and strategies to become the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. The positive change in my life is amazing, and I feel stronger, fitter and healthier than ever.

I had the most beautiful and deeply emotional experience during my Yoga session along with my daughter, hosted by Luke. Wonderful ambience, beautiful space. As newbie's to Yoga we weren't sure what to expect, but were made to feel very welcomed and not at all pushed to achieve all the varied moves. I can highly recommend MiNDFiT Movement for first timers if youve akways wanted to try Yoga, my dsughter and i will definitely return 🙂

it was very lovely, aswell as him being my uncle, he was so thoughtful with everyone in the session, and focused on everyones needs and what they would like to achieve. i really loved the session and it has inspired me to give my body more kindness aswell as my mind. Thank you Luke. ❤️

Love it!! Luke is a brilliant instructor, always taking into account people's differing abilities. You have a mixture of tough and challenging sessions, then the calm of the relaxation at the end. Luke has got me through a very sad part of my life, supporting me all the way. We are the MiNDFiT family🙂

I’ve been attending Mindfit classes for a couple of years now and thoroughly enjoy going every week! Each week is different and being surrounded by other attendees really motivates you to push to your full potential. We have lots of fun. Luke also catered for me up until 36 weeks pregnant, nothing is ever too much for him 😊

I've been going to Mindfit classes and yoga sessions for a few years now, and I can honestly say they have changed my life both in my physical ability and mental health. I can't thank Luke enough for the guidance and encouragement he has given me!
I started as a complete novice to exercise and yoga, I never imagined I'd be able to achieve some of the exercises and yoga positions I can do now. Luke supports everyone to achieve their goals no matter how big or small.
The positive, friendly atmosphere Luke and the other 'mindfiters' create makes all the difference in feeling comfortable to try new things and get involved.
Classes are challenging but accessible to all abilities, Luke modifies the exercises to suit all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
