From the first initial consultation to now (only 3 weeks in) Cheryl has made this entire process simple, easy, understandable and more importantly achievable.
I haven’t been over faced, and the information has been provided to me at a speed that allows it to be absorbed.
Never did I think I could be helped; never did I think I could change my eating habits, but here I am loving cooking, loving the challenge and changing for the better.

Cheryl’s method of consultations, her bespoke App and guides set you up in way you would struggle to fail. You are kept accountable and the prompts from the app further support the process.

Cheryl understands my lifestyle, my goals as an Age Group athlete and is 100% behind me to ensure I stay on track.

Honestly, I wish I had turned to Cheryl years ago, her knowledge on nutrition and how to apply it is truly outstanding.
She has an infectious natural energy that makes you want to change for the better, I can’t recommend her enough.

49-year old female, apparently peri-menopausal but refusing to admit it, previously endurance obsessed. However, I’ve not trained for several years due to fatigue. That’s me in a nutshell. And then I meet Cheryl for the second time in my life. The first time was when she helped me train for a crazy long-distance bike ride around the French Alps. Now I have different ambitions - to tone my middle-aged body, to stay mentally strong and to get me through my (apparent) menopausal years.

One strength session per week with Cheryl, one 30 minute session at home with Cheryl’s training app and one 30 minute interval run with the dog. Oh and a careful watch on my nutrition, being realistic about the fact that my lifestyle only allows me to eat healthy 80% of the time. That’s all. And in 3 months my body feels toned and shapely AND I have lost a total of 22cm of excess across various body areas.

I feel great, my clothes fit, I am sleeping better and am confidently embracing the approach to my 50’s!!
