I Made an appointment to have the wax suctioned from both ears. On arrival, I was greeted by a lovely lady, Fay, who showed me straight into the treatment room.
Fay explained about the procedure in detail before she proceeded and made sure I was happy.
The procedure was quick and painless
with great results.
I would certainly recommend.

Life changing! Before my visit, I had a blocked ear, was in pain and had difficulty hearing. After my visit, my ear had been unblocked, I had no pain and my hearing was better than it had ever been. Thank you! The treatment was simply explained and conducted with sensitivity and humour.

Another excellent visit today. Lisa is so patient and empathetic. Fine tuned my new hearing aids and cleaned them. Had a much needed wax removal done while I was there. Can't ever thank her enough for the life changing treatment I have enjoyed this past 6 months.
Would recommend to anyone, especially those who may be a little anxious about their hearing.

My Dad uses Lisa Graham all the time won't go anywhere else. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. I can contact them anytime and if no-one available they will get back to you very quickly. Don't wait long for appointments. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
