Lisa was just fantastic. She really guided and supported us with Robbie’s sleep training. Lisa was a good listener and she was always available to answer any questions. Robbie, who is 9 months old, was never a good sleeper, frequent wakings and co-sleeping was just not ending. The thought of sleepless nights, returning to work and Robbie’s starting a nursery just really worried us and we needed to change this.
Within the first week we went from ‘feed to sleep’ to ‘read to sleep’. Robbie’s sleep has significantly improved. Now after three weeks he sleeps through the night and naps well in the day, both in his own cot! I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough! Thank you!

Lisa is incredible. In two weeks my son was taking day naps in his cot and sleeping through the night. Lisa came across and enthusiastic and commited to helping us reach our goals. She was on hand for advice and encouragement when ever I wanted it and really did go above and beyond throughout the whole time we spent together. It's the best investment I've ever made.
