Our experience with Loveitts Letting Agent has been extremely disappointing. They entered our rental property without prior consent, conducted a final inspection, and left the electricity and heating on, adding unnecessary costs to us. They then took the keys back to their office, restricting our access even though we were still legally responsible for the property.

The end-of-tenancy process was poorly managed, causing unnecessary stress. Throughout the tenancy, they also failed to carry out regular inspections properly, which led to issues for both us and the landlord at the end.

When questioned about their unauthorised visit, they made excuses, claiming they had only sent us a viewing request (not an inspection request) and decided to carry out an inspection anyway simply because we didn’t reply to one email. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Looking at other reviews, I can see a pattern—Loveitts always tries to prove themselves right, no matter what, with a complete lack of accountability. Their ego-driven approach makes dealing with them incredibly frustrating.

Such a bad letting agent—we would not recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and professional service.

Not a great experience for myself and my wife I'm afraid . The sales team were ok and pleasant but
follow up on offers and eventually soft buyer/s was poor. This led to losing one property and eventually a second one in the later stages, the property hub wasn't worth using and was rarely updated , also after an
associate recommendation
of Jephson Legal to deal with seeing it through we ended up constantly chasing progress as it was very poor communication. In the end and after a long 12 week period of little work and lack of due diligence in both situations the loss of both our buyers and the property we were purchasing being remarketed owing to the frustration of both vendor and his estate agent . What should have been a simple cash buy for us and a no chain buyer
became unfruitfull and a stressful experience for us

We had a very good experience with Loveitts. From viewing to moving, it was smooth and transparent. I would like to mention Mr. Kyran Patel was really calm and professional and made sure to answer our silly questions patiently. Thank you Team Loveitts.

I had a really bad experience with the staffs, especially the letting manager. There were so many miscommunication among them and that had cost us our deposit. We called so many times they always provide wrong information and they ignored our calls when we tried with some other numbers they used receive and tell some different stories. Management is really worst and manager as well.

Loveitts should be your last letting agent option. We had a really bad experience with the staffs, especially the letting manager. They just don’t want to take responsibility for their mess that they have done. My best advice would be find any other letting company, because this was my worst experience I have ever had

If I could write a 0 review I would leaving family with young kids in a damp riddled house full of mould pushing the blame on the Tenant knowing the windows need replacing and yet blaming the tenant refusing to do it then saying they should be grateful the rents so low because it's ran by a charity ! Absolutely disgusting !!!! Leaving my family to live in mould ridden house for years refusing to do jobs !! Absolute joke of a company, staff are rude and arrogant acting clever never taking any blame

And to your response below it wasn't even me that called so don't know what your on about on that one and the phone call got cut off because all thr windows need replacing because there over 70 years old and your company knows this and the lady told my family member they won't get done and she should be grateful her rents so low and her house is riddled in mould cos your refusing to replace them or do any jobs even environmental health have told use have 28 days to sort this windows and doors are over 70 years old !! Do your jobs

Amy is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in all my life, they wont have any customers left if it is Amy dealing with them, rude, abrupt, no care for history, so very unprofessional. Shame

The most unprofessional service . Initially when calling to enquire about the property , the agents on the line were very rude and arrogant . Since I needed a letting , I went ahead and booked a viewing - a week in advance . These people call me an hour before the viewing, and tell me they don’t have a key for the property and can’t get into the flat because the refurbishment hasn’t been done. Do you seriously not know refurbishment won’t be finished until an hour before the appointment? I had already taken time from work and drove 2 hours from Sheffield just to view this property. Even when informing me of this , the agent was so rude - she offered me 2 other times late next week , both of which are inconvenient for us, when I told them this , she was just as arrogant and abrupt as ever - telling me “the apparent would just have to be cancelled then”. I have a viewing booked with them next week , not sure what to expect as I have just seen some of the their other google reviews- most of which are just as bad and scathing as mine. I will update my review after the viewing (if the agents can be bothered with keeping to scheduled times )
