We had the pleasure of having Tim as our estate agent. He was always very clear and prompt with all of his communication and helped with all of our enquiries in a friendly, cheeky but also very professional manner.

Even when we thought we had a major issue while buying our property Tim was really reassuring that it could be dealt with easily. The situation was resolved in a matter of hours which was a huge relief.

I also dealt with Millie in the office on the phone and she was always very polite and happy. She was also very efficient with any messages we left for Tim to receive.
