Despite not buying through this branch - I can't praise Martyn enough! I am disabled & need more help with things like videos or face-time viewings. Martyn went above & beyond. I didn't feel like a bother when requesting the additional help. Out of 6 local agents, JW Wood have so far been the best. Accommodating my needs & responding super quickly to my enquiries. Other agents need to do more to help people with disabilities, treat people respectfully, JW Wood have set the bar very high! Thank you 😊

I used JW Woods to buy my house in 2019 and they were the only agent that didn't send me houses that didn't match my requirements list.
I have just used them again to sell the house. Martyn Hunter came and did the valuation and the photos and was pretty spot on with the pricing as we had offers on the house within a couple of weeks. It is now sold STC

Very professional agency. Martyn was professional, likeable and knowledgeable. Although our house was higher than average price range for the area (and was therefore taking a while to sell), Martyn advised us NOT to reduce. We sold soon after for only a small amount less than the asking price, so he was right. Elizabeth, Amanda and Barbara in the office were always cheery and helpful.
