Liz Rose was excellent from start to finish. She always replied to emails the same or next day and would phone back asap if no answer (but normally there always was). She was very clear with her information and always happy to explain when we had questions. Would (and have already) recommend to anyone in need of a solicitor! We would definitely ask for Liz at Downs next time we need a solicitor.

Downs and in particular, Liz Rose carried out the conveyancing for the sale of a house for me and I have to say, not only is she absolutely brilliant at what she does, she’s also a delight to work with!
