Good place for people without access to internet, so they can ask a question and member of staff can google it. As well some leaflets at entrance that provide some information. People working there are all volunteers in their late 60s/70s so everything take time, long time. One simple question answered after 45min waiting in interrogation room. Waste of public money. Library is more useful if you can read.

Total waste of time. Gave no advice and the “professional” had to walk out the room to ask someone for advice several times, rather than use just speaking to them directly. Other than that he was reading off the website and was intensely unqualified and didn’t know what the hell he was doing.
