This has been my best renting experience in London. David was very welcoming from the moment I moved in. David Baldock is the best agent I have come across. I live overseas and working incredible hours. I don't have the time to keep chasing agents that I pay a large percentage to, supposedly so I have a level of peace of mind. David really looks after his clients. Much more so than the two large international agencies in London. I really recommend you give David the opportunity to show you the level of service you can expect from an agency.
