Excellent friendly service.
Just needed all my data transferring from deceased laptop to new one but was a bit nervous as had this done b4 by a well known company & they lost half my info!
No problem for Scott though who did the job well and in superfast time, all priced well and upfront.

Got a custom build from them have to say one of the most perfect experiences i could have asked for as i was not the easiest customer as had alot of questions and a budget to stick to, they were 10/10 the whole way tho answered all questions with great knowledge and we ended on a build within my budget and good specs. Since then i have played every game i want to at max settings with good fps and temps are great and the whole build looks fantastic. For anyone considering pc advice or for a place to buy a custom build i highly recommend scott and his team and without a doubt will be using them again when its time to upgrade.

Great helpful, friendly and professional service from Scott at Ely Computer Centre. I contacted Scott about my laptop, which was running very slowly. We discussed all options and decided a new laptop was the answer. Scott offered to set up the new laptop and transfer all the data from the old to the new laptop .Although I chose to do this myself Scott explained what needed to be done which meant the whole process was very straightforward.
Great service and I shall have no hesitations in recommending Scott to any family or friends needing computer related help or advice.

Great experience with Scott. He was super responsive, came to my house and quickly cleaned up my laptop fans, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part then returned to fix within days. Really great communicator, clearly knows what he’s doing and a very good price. Will definitely be using him again.

If anyone is in need of a new pc/laptop built to your own spec or a repair - these are the people to use. Highly recommend. Went to see Scott one day and he gave great guidance, I chose my monitor and mini tower, it arrived at his the following day, I took my old desktop in the following day and he transferred all my files, documents, photos, emails etc and then delivered this to me at home and completed the set up even linking my laser jet printer and separate scanner. What a service! And to trump it all I had a ‘blonde moment’ the next day and rang him and he gave me a code to enter to authorise him to take over my pc to show me where I was going wrong. Superb knowledgeable man. Thank you Scott

Scott was super friendly and extremely helpful. I had taking my Laptop to be repaired before and they told me it was gone. Scott had a look and had it pretty much fixed and ready within 48 hours. Excellent service, explained the whole process and was entirely worth the price if 6 stars were possible that would be his rating. Definitely recommend

Went to Scott with an issue with my self built gaming PC. It fired up but wouldn't run games. Scott was very knowledgable, helpful, patient and friendly. He run tests and benchmarks on my machine to try and get to the bottom of the issue and he explained every step. Eventually, we were able to find and fix the issue. His prices are very reasonable and I won't hesitate to use again. I actually look forward to it. Keep up the good work.

Scott was a great help doing diagnostic on my PC for free and ordering the part for a fix in a very timely manner, even a little thermal paste provided! Will definitely use again for any tech needs.
