They never ring the door bell, and a lady rang me when my phone was on silent, and when I rang back was the woman was very obtuse with me, she said " I tried to ring you before, then put the phone down on me" and I had no notice or letter telling me when they were coming around either. I'M NOT HAPPY WHAT'S SO EVER. With the attitude of PPM.

Followed one of there vans last night and they nearly ran a cyclist off the road and they used it to force him to stop, as they cut him up with no room.
