Tony & Ruth,you were amazing today with my husband and his laptop,you were so patient with him you made his laptop easier for him to use.you didn't rush him you explained everything to him slowly and his laptop will now inable him to finish writing his book and fly that plane. You both went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and able to use his laptop.my husband has Dementia and his laptop is very important to him.you are simply the best thank you.

Just been to see Steve as silly me bought the wrong charging adapter. I need a little end adapter to change the size for the port. He couldn't have been more helpful. He showed us a few refurbished laptops aswell as we were interested in one for the future. Honestly what a lovely man and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I unfortunately smashed my phone and was devastated to find that some of my photos had not backed up onto my online storage. I went into Abitech in a state and they were amazing, they tried a few different ways to get the photos off and thankfully managed to get them all for me, I could not recommend them enough they were so lovely and patient with me while I was having a panic and the phone was ready within 24 hours just in time for me to hand it back to my insurance. I will never go anywhere else now and have recommended them to all my family and friends. Thank you again, you were so lovely and friendly and explained everything simply to my technology challenged brain! 5 stars 🌟

Always a pleasure to deal with, there's no one around that has the knowledge, experience and skills of the lads and lasses here. I've used them for EPOS systems to general computer repairs and they have excelled in everything they've touched, I recommend them highly.

Highly recommend Abi tech. I got a new battery in my phone. Very good service very quick sorting out my battery. The goggle play app was not working. I took my phone back & the gentleman was very helpful & friendly restored my app for me. Thanks very much. Mich appreciated

Would have highly recommended. If it were not for the seemingly willful ignorance of the Employees to the problems I had with my laptop. It had a broken hinge and an Internet antenna that both required mending. This laptop was built by the company, so they knew the parts required. However, after literally 2 months, we went back, after my dad had called them on several occasions prior, asking about its progress. When once they didn't respond, I went to the shop to check it out. Turns out, the antenna that they said they could easily repair wasn't repaired, and when I asked about the laptop that belonged to a Louis Bell, son of Neil Bell, the person in charge of fixing looked as if he had no idea what I was talking about. He brought it to me CLOSED which I am aware is what you should NOT be doing when the hinges are loose, and it had gathered so much dust that the cobwebs of an abandoned house would pale in comparison. Brought it home exactly how it was, and my father is furious. We took it to a shop in Carlisle, and guess what? They could do it no problem. No sympathy or respect for this business. If I could, I would give it half a star. Oh yeah, and when we paid for the laptop, we had to pay around 25 percent more than what we were told it was going to cost when it was originally made. Disgusting and deplorable service!

My laptop was playing up, i took it to Abitech as I have used them before, great service, able to sort out my problems in a very short space of time. Able to have my laptop back the same day. Great work, and thank you. Great service.
