I have contacted Julian Hobbs earlier this year and by some mistake my requests went to the spam folder and I thought I was being ignored. Now I was contacted offering a full explanation of the situation and offering an apology . For me this is fantastic customer service and if in need of an accountant I will definetly contact them again. I am not even a client and was treated as a VIP on their response.
