I will start my review by giving them 10/10 for professionalism and high level of customer care. A good friend of mine introduced Lucid to me towards the end of December 2018, I joined them in January of 2019 and I have no regret up to date. I started IT contracting in the early 2013 and I have worked with big and small agencies over the years, however, in my view Lucid Support Services Ltd is among the top best in terms of daily rate, looking after their engineers and payment on time. Any problem, just one phone call to your account manager or payment department and problem solved. If you are looking for regular contract works either short term, long term or even weekend jobs, contact Lucid. I do not have any reservation in recommending them to anybody as I do not have any negative things to say about them.

I don't normally like leaving negative feedback but based on my recent personal experience with Lucid where i called on 2 occasions about a job I applied for. The 1st time I called I was told to call back after lunch as the person who answered the call said she didn't know how was running the advert. No issues with that, So I did. Only to be put on hold and then the person I was speaking said someone will call you back in 5 mins, as I was about to reply with my number she hung up on me and I got no call back. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Left me speechless.
