Really pleased with the service I received from this company. I found them online after researching RICS regulated surveyors and they had excellent reviews. They were able to come out quickly to complete the survey. All telephone and email dealings with them were easy, professional and friendly. Their price was competitive, and the services offered great, such as their drone add-on. The surveyor on the day called before hand to see if there was anything specific I wanted them to look at, and provided me with a timescale as to when I should expect the report. I had a call to confirm the report had been emailed over and to explain the next steps if I wanted to discuss anything. The report was easy to understand and very detailed. Overall I would use this company again and would recommend them.

I have used GB Home Surveys twice and find them to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The surveyor Ian is absolutely brilliant and extremely thorough. He doesn't just inspect the building he also carries out an environmental inspection to see if there are any invasive non native plants growing such as Japanese Knotweed in the gardens of the neighbours as well as it's own garden or if the neighbours have any trees growing close to the property. Absolutely worth every penny.
He is also a very nice fellow who is happy to discuss his findings at great length.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I cannot believe how efficient it was after having some trouble with an alternative surveyor prospect. Felicity was fantastic, called me the day before to discuss, put my mind at ease about the type of property and common issues that arise, and asked about any specifics we were concerned about. It was all booked in with our estate agent on our behalf and fully sorted within 1-2 hours, the survey was done on the Tuesday, and we had the report back on the Friday afternoon. I recently had a Homebuyer Level 2 Report completed by GB Home Survey's on a property I am in the process of buying. Requesting a quote was easy and Libby was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Alex completed my survey and contacted me in the morning of the survey to check if there were any specific concerns I had that I wanted him to check, and I received the completed report a few days later. Alex was quick to respond to any questions on the report I had.

We were recommended GB home surveys by our estate agent. We got a further 5 quotes and checked all for recommendation/reviews. While GB home surveys were the most expensive they had fantastic reviews so we decided to go with them. Libby has been fantastic in responding to our emails prior to the survey and had great customer service. Felicity who conducted the search gave us a call in advance and returned the survey report to us the next day. For us the survey was easy to understand and very detailed. Please note we are first time buyers. We have contacted Felicity to ask a couple of questions about the report. We would 100% recommend GB surveys and will likely use them in future house moves.
