Fantastic place to learn. Instructors are very knowledgeable and put you through your paces but you learn from it. Rooms could do with a little bit of a decorate but the food is fantastic.

attended the passive fire course level 2, having already having this qualification i can say with confidence the person delivering this course has little to no training on the qualification. it was like she was reading from a script and when asked questions she dident have the answers or answered with miss information

The content was good and the lecturer was knowledgeable. The course was delivered in a slightly rigid, powerpoint heavy manner and could have done with a little more hands on practical work.

Do not waste your time and money with this unprofessional "Team", very quickly charging me woth mire than £3000 for a training course that is about to commencing and haven't received yet the Zoom invite,...horrible service.

Tried booking a course online which did not work. I emailed the training department a number of times with little to no communication. It seems like nobody actually knows what's going on at this organisation. Terrible communication and extremely unprofessional.
