Strutt and Parker were excellent in the sale of our house. They provided a great service in getting the property on the market and finding suitable buyers to look around. Getting it under offer was the easy bit. Alasdhair was persistent in pushing the buyer, the buyers solicitor and the buyers agent (the buyer was in a chain) into working to the time schedule we wanted. Without Alasdhair's doggedness we would never have completed on our preferred date, the sale would have languished until someone down the line finally made a decision. Simon reassuringly over saw the whole operation, as head of the agency.

We purchased our house through S&P in 2016 and sold it through them last year. We were very impressed with their professionalism on both occasions. When buying, Simon pressed the sellers to make sure that they took a reasonable position on some items which they proposed to exclude from the sale (at the last minute) and, when we sold, he advised us well on both pricing and prospective purchasers. He also pressed to keep the process moving foreword but without being too pushy. I enjoyed working with him and his colleagues - a very good experience all ways round.
