I have always used KBL for any legal requirements-personal and professional, so they were my first port of call when it came to selling my business-and thank goodness! Not only were they friendly, helpful and professional, they also managed to support the buyers solicitor too. If it wasn’t for Sophie and KBL I don’t think the sale would have ever completed. This was an incredibly stressful transaction due to inexperience on the buyers side but Sophie managed to lead and navigate both parties through the transaction often and on many occasions going above and beyond what was expected.

To say that Sarah provides an excellent, efficient and proficient service within a sometimes slow, laborious process actually doesn’t do her justice. Berin advised us on rewriting our wills, lasting power of attorney health and welfare, and dissolving a property trust we no longer required. Some of the legal and taxation issues involved were complex, but Berin explained them clearly and explained our options. Gillian Hindle of KBL was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before for conveyanceing. I called Gillian before my property was sold and she helped me to understand the procedure of selling a property. She also forwarded documents with the procedure in black and white and this also included an estimate cost to do the work(actual cost was cheaper than the estimate).When the property was sold she lead the procedure and it was all very straight forward thanks to her.
Would recommend and use her again.
