Victoria and Distinct are highly recommended, they sold my home. As I am a professional property investor having sold 4 properties this year, here is why they come highly ranked by Me. They do not entertain buyers until they have verified the buyers have lending and cash lined up. Victoria took the time to get to know all the selling points of my property. Some Agents do nothing and you get 100's of repeated non sensical questions via the Solicitors. They assessed a fair value and prevented a low ball offer which is something I've had to put up with all other Agents. The other Agents just want to close a sale - they are not working for their Client. Distinct works for you as the client as they should do, as the client I pay them it is shocking how many Agents do not know who their client is. Distinct is the only Agent I have used who has been on top of each step of the process, which can include, lending approval, when the valuation is completed, when completion is agreed. The other Agents have dropped the ball after the offer is made I was the one chasing the Agent or the Solicitor with all the other Sales.
