Avoid at all cost I payed for a service I never got soon as legal aid is involved they drip feed information to the other parent to drag the process out whilst claiming as much money as they can.. 3 months into the process an nothings changed.. very lazy on getting back to you and passing the right information on. Only one woman in the office so if she’s off, there is no one to pick up her work.. I started the mediation process got robbed of £140.. to say this is a company that’s supposed to help out young families you should be ashamed of your selfs another scamming firm that’s only interested in money not helping there clients..

Rude receptionist. Called me back after i left a message. Came across as she was going out of her way to do so. I was busy at work asked to call me back later which seemed like to much trouble. Arranged her to call me next day which again seemed inconvenient to her. Never received the call. If she was the voice of my business she would not be in a job.
