CHARLATANS: Carried work out after close of the relationship and billed me £240 an hour for work a secretary could have and should have done, Absolutely no continuity with me always dealing with someone new, If you are looking for a firm with empathy and individual one to one case management DON’T use this firm This by far is the worst money I have ever spent I would have got more from the warmth of the fire if I set it alight and I would have been in a better position legally. All in all it cost me lots of money to end up in a worse position . NGA you suck

Condescending, arrogant, ignorant staff. Spent roughly four months chasing different paperwork I apparently needed for a refund to then be told i needed a different piece of paperwork every time I handed in the paperwork they requested. Given several numbers to ring and several people to chase and constantly being told different things by different people. I will never use nor will I ever suggest someone to use this solicitors. Awful.

Made it sound on the phone like I would have plenty of time & advice at my appointment but felt very rushed & wasn't given any information I didn't already know.... only thing I was was a £100 worse off!!! I won't be using them again
