Tried to phone, actually wanted to speak to a human, instead got a useless automated system that told me the same information at the email..... impossible to actually speak to a person ..... so the delayed parcel that I needed TODAY won't arrive until God knows when.
Part of the order finally arrived, they only delivered 2 boxes out of 3.
Got a message thar the rest of my order was going to be delivered today......never arrived

Absolutely appalling service...... Will be calling my supplier tomorrow to tell them about the missing parcel, and the saga

DHL refuse to deliver my parcel. I have contacted them 4 times to deliver my parcel, getting through their automated system is beyond a joke and frustrating to say the least. The staff are unhelpful and the delivery team make no attempt to even try. At this point I don’t even think they deliver parcels just hold them hostage and then return them to sender or claim they have been delivered. I have waited in my house for over a week because each day their delivery tracker tells me it will be delivered and it doesn’t get delivered. I’d drive and pick it up myself and demand the fuel reimbursement but I can’t get through to anyone to confirm which depot my parcel is actually at! If I could put -5 stars I would. God awful service.

Orderer a Parcel from someone who had to send it through DHL to get delivered to me and first day parcel was returned due to damage on the delivery address on the box. Next day they said refusal at the door but little do they know we have cameras and noone attempted to even knock the door nor did any DHL van enter the street. Day 3 same thing as Day 2 refusal at the door with actually no turn up what so ever. Disgusting service and awful drivers clearly. I knew day one this would happen when going through DHL but didnt realise it would be this bad !

Sent an estimated time of delivery, so I left work early. Came home 30 mins before the start of the delivery window to find a card through the door as they had already attempted it. Rang up to find delivery attempted at minimum, 4 hours before the estimated time!!!! It had got back to the depot, an hour away from my home, by 1:45 and had been due to be delivered between 5 and 6. No idea when they will reattempt and I will have to drive an hour away to pick up the parcel I paid delivery for.

Not professional surposed to have a delivery from Boston Seeds but had to go to them to get a replacement as for some Reason the email I got said delivered by Jake dont know where but it wasn't me, customer service is worse than usless as I never got to speak to any one on the phone for over an hour ,got fed up and hung up. If Jake does read this please email me as to what you did with my delivery. Which I doubt. Pitty I can't give no stars

Absolutely useless service, I payed £7.50 for next day delivery and it took 3 days, also when I ordered my parcel it went into their depot at 01:30 the next day and didn’t arrive till 2 days later, telephone customer service no use at all just an automated call

Pathetic service , I have hot order from panasonic , they supposed to be delivered in 1 day but somehow they got kissed said will deliver next fine happens , then constantly for 5 days they have been saying they will Deliver it today they will deliver it today but never got the order sending me the times it will be delivered in between this but never got the order and missed many things becuase of waiting for that order , then to calll these we have to pay seriously , panasonic saying it's DHL fault, but how to get in touch with them

Useless waiting a week for parcel keep getting told it was priority in the end I drove 70mile round trip to pick up parcel.
