We was recommended to AD3 Design from a friend and we was not disappointed!

James was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His experience was obvious from the moment we met him, no waffle he just got the brief immediately and we could tell we had found the right company and people to be dealing with. Nothing was too much trouble for James who spent 2 hours with us in the initial consultation & never once made us feel rushed throughout.

We did get prices elsewhere but found AD3 design to be equally competitive as well. You get what you pay for and it wasn't about finding the cheapest for us it was about finding the right company with fantastic products and service to back it up.

To see the initial animated design drawings (which was amazing btw) appear exactly as was drawn up was incredible!

The installation team was brilliant. We had a few little remedials on delivery but again, James was equally as quick to resolve on this side too - the mark of a great company and not just a "sell and forget approach".

We cant recommend James & AD3 highly enough we thank you so much for giving us our dream Kitchen and would urge anyone considering using you to go ahead 100%!

Great company and great experience from start to finish. James took care of us really well in the showroom, and talked us through every last detail of the design. His knowledge and experience made us feel confident that we’d chosen the right company to manufacture and fit our kitchen.
As with any project, there were some small snags to take care of after install, and these were organised swiftly, without any issue.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result. Our new kitchen (& utility) is everthing we wished for!

We had our kitchen designed and fitted by AD3. We didn't have to worry about anything from start to finish. All plumbing, plastering and electric works were taken care of. The kitchen was fitted within the estimated time and wasn't at all stressful like we imagined. The kitchen is
excellent quality and has been fitted to a high standard. I would highly recommend the team at AD3 and would definitely use them again in the future.

After months of searching for a kitchen company, I came across AD3 Kitchens.

James was fantastic. His patience and friendliness stood out. I changed up the island design like 4 or 5 times, and he handled it without a fuss. He even explained the differences between painted and non-painted kitchen doors.

Mark was also great. He made sure the kitchen installation went smoothly. Mark’s easygoing nature made updates hassle-free, even if there were delays beyond their control.

Went with a sleek true handleless kitchen in cashmere and quartz, all thanks to AD3. They sorted out appliances and their own skilled fitter.

Best part? AD3 delivered on the start and finish dates. A big thank you to James, Mark, and the entire AD3 team for bringing my kitchen dreams to life.

Only downside; I wish I had them project manage the whole renovation from knocking the wall down, plastering, plumbing etc.

We purchased a kitchen from AD3 in 2018 at around £20k. The make was Schuller and we felt confident that would be good quality as it was German made. AD3 no longer supply Schuller kitchens.

We made contact with AD3 in May 2024 and James initially dealt with us. We were asked to send images which we did as per the attached photos (there are also other doors showing the same failure).

We have had to chase AD3 at every stage. A senior installer visited us some months ago and agreed that the doors needed to be changed and measured those affected. Feeling confident the matter was being dealt with, we left it. Sadly we did not hear anything, so we again made contact with AD3 and I spoke with Vicki.

Vicki advised me that it was in hand and they were dealing with Schuller and there was some background politics underway but not to worry that it would be sorted and the doors would be replaced.

Not having heard anything following my conversation with Vicky in September (4 months on from the original issue). On 7th November, we again phoned up and left a message. We did not receive a call back so resorted to sending an email to which they responded on 14th November saying they would get back to me. No one gave me the courtesy of a call.

We received an email from Vicki on 20th November stating that she wanted to update us regarding the faulty door situation.

AD3 advised that Schuller's 5 year warranty period had expired and therefore they or AD3 will not replace them without us covering the cost.

We are not sure why it has taken 6 months to determine something is out of warranty, despite being reassured that the matter would be resolved and not to worry.

We have been referred back to Schuller, who I have contacted. However we are not hopeful that this matter will be resolved.

We loved our kitchen and felt that it would probably be the last one we would invest in. The product is clearly faulty, these doors have not been knocked in anyway but the surface lacquer is peeling off in places. Its not on every door but looks awful.

AD3 are aware that we consider their customer service to be poor and how unhappy we are about their decision. We wanted to share with those of you who read reviews before purchasing, a potential issue to consider should you have a problem.

We are clearly unhappy customers and hope you find it to be of help with your decision making.

This is the third time we’ve used AD3 and each time they have delivered a great service and finish. Our fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets are just what we wanted and we’ve had lots of compliments about them. We would definitely recommend AD3 to others.

Can not recommend AD3 KITCHENS enough! We have dealt with James from the start who designed and gave us a really good price for the kitchen. Him and Mark have been absolutely fantastic throughout the measuring and installing of the kitchen, even when we had a couple of problems they were rectified straight away! I absolutely love my kitchen and so glad I went with this company, thank you for a stress free kitchen transformation.
