Caroline Collins (based in Bedford office) dealt with my conveyancing and transfer of deeds and she was amazing. Excellent communication, I was kept informed every step of the way, very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so speedy. Christine and the team are absolutely wonderful at what they do, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. For our first experience purchasing a house, Christine has made the experience stress free from a legal side of things. With out a doubt one of the best solicitors around.
We got our keys within 7 weeks of viewing our home,

Poor customer service which seems to be getting more and more common among companies. I used their enquiry form a while ago to enquire about lease extension (Stopsley office) but there was no reply so I called them and was advised they only dealt with with these matters at their Bedford office. So I sent another enquiry which was even acknowledged by a lady called Lindsay on 7/9/22 who said she was going to direct my query to the relevant department. Never heard back from them!

I made a request to be contacted via their website, and days later I've still not heard a peep from them. It's possible that their service is excellent, but I'll never get the chance to find out. Sorry, but 1 star for falling over at the first step, and the simplest of tasks.
