I did eventually get a call back, 24 hours dater my previous post. Managed to get seen too and got what I needed signed.

The dacor is rather dated and seems to be a bit messy, including the main office area. The welcome area is coded so you have to wait outside until someone comes and gets you, but only by an appointment.

The staff were friendly and approachable. If you're looking for a declaration to be signed then it's easier enough to get one here.

My experience with Abels Solicitors and Haashim Poswall has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received little to no communication regarding the progress of my case.

On February 29th, I was assured by Haashim Poswall that matters regarding the lease were in their final stages and would be completed early the following week. However, as the weeks passed, I found myself continually chasing for updates with little response.

After persistent emails and inquiries, I was finally informed on March 26th that documents were being arranged for signing electronically, with the promise of imminent completion. Yet, two days later, I find myself still in the dark, with no resolution in sight.

The lack of communication and failure to fulfill promises reflect poorly on the professionalism and reliability of Abels Solicitors and Haashim Poswall. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and efficiency, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Dealing with Abels Solicitors has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal, and I urge others to steer clear unless they enjoy endless frustration and unfulfilled commitments.

Will use over and over again for buying/selling a house. Abel's work across the board to really help and pass through a sell as quick as possible. During our first purchase, Sheila kept us up to date regularly regarding the purchase of our first house, ensuring paperwork was passed considerably quickly, keeping us up-to-date throughout.
