Ability IT have been looking after our systems for almost a year now. What a refreshing change! They've been absolutely brilliant. Much better value than our old firm and with real up to date expertise. They told me to treat them like our inhouse IT department. I was a bit nervous at first considering our size but Ive heard nothing but good reports from the team. They've given us good advice on where to spend (and not to spend) and already feel like a real part of our organisation. No hesitation in recommending five stars...and Im usually a cynic!

I have to say that the service that Simon and the team provided at Ability IT was excellent and we were all extremely impressed as to how they resolved all of the IT issues we had, effectively and efficiently and nothing was too much of a problem, a fantastic service from start to finish.

I was a little apprehensive going with an IT company that I had not previously dealt with before but after our initial on site visit, both the directors and all the staff are absolutely sure we have made the right choice and reassured having a great company like Ability supporting us with any IT issues we may have. I have on a business level know Mike and Vicky for many years as they have always delivered outstanding service. They seem to have mind reading capabilities as they are always one step ahead of every other similar company and always seem to know Arronbrook's (my company) requirements when it comes to IT sevices and how they can improve my business.
