My experience with them is disgusting and more precisely with their employee Katya, she is Bulgarian! Don't trust her! Incompetent and inadequate! Her attitude and "the work" she did was a complete travesty! She has access to my Student Finance account, canceling my application twice already for no reason and it turns out!!! I've already been at university for 1 and a half months and I don't currently have my Student Fund application submitted!!!!! I don't know how this woman was even appointed to this job Why do you come in and cancel my application twice Is this some kind of joke? I should have been change the passwords, but I trusted them!!! If you see that Katya is serving you - run! This woman is good for nothing and she is even very arrogant!!!
