Ryan and his team were professional from start to finish. Being new to mediation I have to say it was a slight shock to my system and I do praise the team for the position they place themselves in, as it is no easy task.
To be impartial at all times when dealing with emotional parents takes resilience and patience, which is what Ryan and his team demonstrated throughout. I would certainly recommend using their services.

From my initial contact Ryan really made me feel at ease with the prospect of entering mediation and the potential confrontation and conflict associated with it. He presented a relaxed and friendly environment that was a vehicle for both sides to add their points of view in a controlled, calm and structured manner in order to deliver a set of outcomes and reach an amicable resolution.

He was very professional and helpful offering guidance and advice in the early stages and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the mediation process.

I found the ethos and personality of the company members a major plus as they gave me confidence in them and their services and made me feel comfortable due to their disposition, impartiality and transparency and in general their ability not to have any preconceived judgement or prejudice.
