I recently noticed a strange smell coming from the water in my bathroom sink. When I investigated further, to my horror I discovered a dead animal in my cold water tank. I called Acquiesce who provided a reasonable quote to do the job. The engineer they sent (Mark) did an extremely thorough job and was helpful, friendly and informative throughout, giving me great confidence that the job would be done to the highest of standards. I hope never to have such an issue again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Acquiesce. They were excellent to deal with.

Completed a legionella risk assessment for us at short notice, then rectified the issues they found within 24 hours. Cannot recommend enough.
Took some water samples for us when our water was discoloured. Found the problem straight away and sorted this out for us. Price much cheaper than we had expected. Staff friendly and made us feel at ease in our building. Always on the end of phone for advice
