I had a first class experience with Othman and his team last week. My computer problem were explained to me well and then fixed at a fair price. Bought a second hand laptop, very pleased with the service. To be honest I did have a few minor problems with it but I was amazed how keen they were to get it sorted quickly without any hassle.
Would recommend.

Poor experience with an attempted Apple laptop repair.
The shop had the laptop for 4 weeks before they had a working diagnosis of the problem and only communicated with me when chased several times.

When I collected the laptop, they were unsure which parts belonged to my device as they’d mixed them up with others and it later transpired that they had swapped my working charger for a faulty one causing further issues when another shop later repaired it.

The staff were otherwise very pleasant but I don’t feel able to recommend their repair service unfortunately.

Excellent service, I went in to ask if they could help me figure out what aerial cable to get for my TV as I only had a coax connector, which we eventually figured was broken. A gentleman, named Mohammed, helped me with a whole new cable, fitted two new coax connectors to the cable himself and helped me understand how to fit everything properly on my TV. He didn’t worry about the time (store was about to be shut for the day), or rushed the work on my cable. Everything worked perfectly when I went home and I’m so grateful for their help and kindness! Thank you so much. Highly recommend them!
