Complete Farce and if I was allowed to suggest zero stars I would not hesitate. I was involved in a non fault accident and my insurers suggested AX to deal with the matter who subsequently instructed Activate Group. In Essence I had a £18000 (yes no typos) repair bill with a £12000 hire bill and the vehicle was not repaired to a satisfactory standard as verified by an independent assessor. Vehicle Looked as though it was being returned from a back street garage, this matter has been ongoing since 29th July 2024 (date vehicle was returned back to me) and I have asked for payment to get repairs rectified and as of yet they are still in discussions with AX and the garage involved. Either way I am the one who is at a loss.
GO TO YOUR TRUSTED REPAIRER OR BETTER STILL MAIN DEALER.

Absolutely appalling company, made a complaint and someone from the complaints department called me, he did not care about anything I said and had no regard for me as a customer. I am absolutely ashamed that RSA use this company for repairs. They’ve had my car for two months now and repairers keep accepting then declining the job. Didn’t get his name but disgusting person who works here, he ended the call on me and isn’t looking into anything that I made a complaint about. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR INSURER APPOINTS THEM TELL THEM TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE

Unreliable and indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. Spent hours on the phone and days waiting for my car to be repaired then returned. Was meant to get a courtesy car but they didn't provide it. After the repairs, they kept promising to have my car returned but they neglected to book it for several days. Still waiting for the car. Avoid and don't trust.

Wow I have NEVER in my life been so disgusted and disappointed at the service given from any other company like I have this one. This company has a contract with RSA Insurance to deal with accident repairs.

My god it’s a horrendous service they provide. My car has been in storage from the 3rd July (when I was hit by an Amazon van) until 13th August when a repeater was assigned my car. Within a couple of days the repair company (NOT ASSOCIATED with this company) had picked up my car assessed it and sent a quote to this company. Who have then taken my car off their system they have to use, sent me multiple messages to check the portal they use which is NEVER up-to date. They have continuously sent conflicting information. When you ring them you will be on hold at leader an hour before you even speak to a person. Then when talking to people they also give conflicting information with each other. They tell the insurance company it’s all going smoothly all the time when it’s clearly not.
You message them On their portal and you really get a response,

At the moment it’s states they are awaiting the estimate for repairs they they already have. They say they have picked my car up twice delivered it twice and requested estimates twice.
When I asked how long are we looking at for the estimate to be read by engineers I’m told we don’t have a time frame that’s not how they work. When I said so it could be a month just to have the estimate read I was told maybe

YOU ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!
Sadly I can’t say stay clear of this company as it’s a contract with the insurance companies.

Oh and my car is still not looking at even being sorted anytime soon!

Awful. I had to deal with this company following a car accident, they were appointed by the insurer. Their communication is next to useless. They don't answer emails, phone calls take days, and nothing happens, month after month. They mislead and outright lie when you complain. Avoid at all costs!

Top end ‘up and coming’ company in this sector! Great management and teams really rally around others if they need help! It’s so refreshing to see (and I’ve worked In many different company’s in this sector) with this attitude to employees and general work flexibility and investment into their employees will only make this company shine and grow in the years to come!

Where is my car 4 months now. Whilst I like the portal idea no one seems bothered to update and reply. It says reply within an hour. That has NEVER been the case it takes days at least
