Recently sold my property with Acumen. Would highly recommend. John came to the house and was very friendly and helpful. Potentially initially the property was marketed slightly too high but I understand he was trying to get the best price for everyone. It did take some months to sell but the market has been slower lately anyway. Ellie has always been helpful and responsive to emails. I did try also try using a local corporate but I did not receive the same level of communication and service from them.
