This has been a smooth and stress free process, and so nice to have a solicitor come to our home. Melanie was a lovely friendly knowledgeable lady, who answered our questions and doubts. It's all been dealt with very professionally and quickly, better than we originally thought and heard and we would not hesitate to recommend you all to anyone wanting to do equity release. Unprofessional, Unorganised and Untrustworthy! Wouldn’t ever use this company again. What should have been a quick and effortless completion for a house, took unbearably long. They kept throwing us around and promising that we would complete soon, however, they kept forgetting to fill out forms on their behalf which kept pushing back the completion date.
