One of the poorest experiences I've had from any company in recent times and especially from the Managing Director of a 'Mediation' company. My feelings are compoundeed as she is supposed to be a professional mediator and as such you would expect her to display strong empathy and relational skills - these were simply non-existent. You would also expect fairly good open communication skills - these were also very, very poor (at one point she took six days to come back to me and only came back to me after I emailed her again). I spoke with her on an issue that needed clarity and one where, in truth, she had clearly acted badly. I gave her the opoortunity to volunteer her apologies etc., but all she did was double-down and try and justify her actions. She didn't display an ounce of empathy, understanding, concilation etc. etc. This lady / ADR Mediation has been so unhelpful and has actually set the issue between the disputing parties back instead of helping them move forward. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend you use another mediation company.

Took too long to sort anything out and never got told when a neighbour refused ADR just left in limbo… we had to contact to find out anything

I thought the whole point of ADR was to communicate?!
