Very bad don't have any reliability and very poor organization in terms of transparency. Some they apply and get without any correction.. All process depend on the luck not based on the content of the application. Blind word if they come to apply to such a factious fellowship. They dont have real review process and their compliant system is blind. First draft of our applications as we apply as a group came all with same comments as they dont operate any real review process and then we do submit our application for real review some even they dont follow the instructions then they awarded directly with this factious what called fellowship. Nothing you'll learn from them even in this letter attached they acknowledge as the review process is doubtable.
