DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
In October 2021 I visited John for a simple remortgage to remove my ex-wife.
I gave him everything requested and also asked him to provide a solicitor as I didn't have one.
The offer came that I accepted and was happy at that point.
When I went and paid him I asked how long would it take, he said "4 weeks, how's your solicitor getting on?"
I pointed out that he was providing me with a solicitor!
Time passed, I chased and chased.
I know my ex-wife signed the papers but nothing.
The mortgage offer lapsed and I still chased. Nothing!
I asked John on the 3rd of October 2022 to start a complaint procedure.
Still nothing.
No refund, he has all my documents, not to mention the time off work for the valuation and dropping of printed paperwork already provided vie email!

Terrible service. He came round to our house and said he could help us with a mortgage at less than we pay now. We got a quote almost triple our mortgage and then had his assistant trying to sell us health care at a very high price! Would not recommend. And since been hassled by his associate about Vitality health care. AVOID!
