Absolute disgrace!! We were recommended her and wrote to her detailing the issue we were having. She agreed to take on our case and then did not respond to our correspondence.
Several telephone calls later - and we suspect she WAS in the office - was told by her Assistant we would need to contact a ‘Specialist’ Solicitor as our case was ‘too complex’. Asked who they would recommend told, ‘Don’t know’. Asked 2 further questions as to whether we should report matter as fraud to our bank or report to the Police, told each time, ‘Don’t know’.

As a Solicitor you surely have a duty of care to deal with serious matters. You just wanted to ignore as it was too much trouble. On the very last occasion we were then informed that you were going on maternity leave. Should have told us this in the first place!

Useless Solicitor who I would NEVER recommend. The seriousness of what we reported to you, and you chose to ignore, is complete and utter NEGLIGENCE! I hope someone reports you!!

They provided great communication and efficiency that meant despite issues lower down in the chain, we felt they were fighting for us at each stage.
