I thought the Gentleman, who's name is Ben was very helpful.
He went way above expectations to provide answers to our questions and to create tricky reports that we'd asked for. He comes across a passionate person, going out of his way out of standard office hours to create as I mentioned above, a tricky report. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to learn, or expand on their knowledge.

When the training was complete, Ben followed up with an email of useful links for us to go through. Very impressed and I would recommend.

I really can't recommend highly enough. All of my issues have been dealt with in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Great big shiny star goes to Mr. Neil Larsen.
