Today my sister and myself did the Wim Hoff experience with Roy and Sarah, had an amazing time.
The experience itself was so invigorating, informative.
Roy is a fabulous coach, really talked us through every step. Sarah was super supportive and we found the whole thing relaxed and super friendly.
I'm definitely hooked.

I had two wonderful experiences on both Roy’s workshops and booked to repeat the dive deeper workshop again.
The workshops are really informative, I didn’t realise we could actually tap into that much inner power just with our breath . Roy takes you through so many different ways to utilise oxygen to bring down stress levels. Roy then gets us doing rounds of breathwork! Amazing is all I can say ! Literally float into a euphoric sense of being. Since doing the breathwork daily I have managed to declutter my life . I feel lighter and for the first time more positive than I’ve ever been.
Roy has a very calm and gentle approach . He retains a wealth of knowledge. I know he’s now attending another course with Wim so I’m super excited to continue workshops with Roy to see what else our bodies are capable of.
The end of the workshops we get in the Ice, Roy sits with you and he has the most calming beautiful voice that takes you to a dreamy place free from anything uncomfortable .
If you are thinking of trying Roy’s workshops , don’t think just do you will be glad you did .

I've been blessed to experience a 5 day retreat with roy in the rebirth center in algarve portugal. I never really considered doing icebathing, as I really love the warmth. But roy just shows you in the most beautiful way, that the cold is your warm friend & how much your body can profit from breathwork & cold water exposure. He reminds you of your power and how much more were capable of, than we could imagine. After just a few times, I notice the positive effect it has on mind & body and how I try to push myself more since, even in other aspects of life. Thanks to roys rich knowledge, he opens up a whole new world to me. So much helpful tools and information that help you become the best version of yourself. I'm blown away by the sensible, motivating and uplifting way roy guides you through, with his relaxing gentle bear voice that can't be other than calming to the mind. I'm beyond thankful for this encounter and experience, its been such a blessing. So excited to see what this will bring, as its been already so powerful! Having attended an introductory course under Roy, I came away with new insights into the many benefits of breath work and cold exposure. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, follow and put into practice. Each individual on the course was given time and focus making it as much a personal experience as a group session. Roy’s commitment after the course continued with offers of additional support, advice and ongoing group sessions and practice via zoom. It is clear that the focus is to help as many people as possible through their own journeys & to equip each individual with the tools to grow and overcome any challenges they may face. The benefits of the course are broad and can be applied to anyone with an interest in self growth and healing both physically and mentally. I am thankful for my experience with Roy and would recommend to anyone!

I really enjoyed this workshop, Roy is a kind and very patient teacher. He guided us through the breathing making us feel safe and supported. Sarah who was helping him was fun and very kind. They were both with us every step of the way going into the ice bath. I would thoroughly recommend All The Power.
