We had a great experience with Jason from ATM!

Jason service was exceptional to say the least. I contacted him regards problems with my iMac and he responded immediately visiting me the same day. He sorted out all the issues I had inc fitting a new hard drive. His attention to detail was brilliant. His charges were exactly as he quoted me even though he spent a lot of time educating me to the new system. I consider myself lucky to have come across his website and will be using him from now on. I’d leave 0 if I could. Booked in for a free diagnostic service. He didn’t quote me he just went ahead and serviced it then tried to charge me £120. I refused as I hadn’t agreed to any quote and he refused to let me come and collect my laptop until he had ‘reverted’ the service. Which I was absolutely fine with as again, I just wanted a diagnosis. He was refusing to allow me to collect it asap and wanted to withhold it for a few days, despite this my partner went to retrieve my laptop as he made me feel very uncomfortable and has a very unprofessional attitude. Fortunately his partner was home and not him so we were able to retrieve it but I really recommend going to a legit business / Apple Store instead. The whole experience was very strange and anxiety inducing. I’m so happy I’ve since been able to get into it as he also out of spite changed the password so I couldn’t get into it. I also have texts showing all this as he will most likely have a defensive response, do not trust this service!

A great find! My iMac that is 10 years old was not loading up and starting to make a noise. I spoke to a few 'apple specialists' but none gave me the confidence and comfort that Jason did. So I went ahead and asked Jason to have a look and see if he could bring my computer back to life.
Jason was very friendly and done a diagnostics free of charge in front of me. He explained where he thought the problem was, the solution and how much it would it cost. Now of course, as we all know, one thing can lead to another to another so you never know how big the problem is. But Jason was confident and I believed him.

3 days later (over Easter weekend i may add!), Jason emailed me to say my iMac was complete and ready...he even promised it was like when I first bought it from Apple. He replaced the hard drive as expected, but also he found another part faulty and so he replaced this too. However, Jason had stuck to his word and the cost was as he had said and that was all he was charging.

My iMac is back! It really is like brand new and works perfectly. An outstanding service, very reasonably priced and a genuine apple expert with a friendly approach. Thank you and I'll have no hesitation in telling people about All Things Mac.

From the couple of experiences I've had of All Things Mac, I can say that Jason is now my 'go to guy'. We had a failed Hard Drive replaced in our old iMac which enabled us to work faster on Zoom all through Lockdowns with no problems. More recently Jason fitted a replacement battery to my retro MacBook Pro in 24 hours with a free health check. He then resolved a problem remotely, which was with the Music App, MacBook to iPhone which was a great lesson. Jason has a really nice way about him, he's considerate, generous & knowledgeable. From my 2 experiences using All Things Mac, I can recommend Jason who is a knowledgable generous expert who replaced our iMac Hard Drive so that we could work faster using Zoom throughout Lockdowns with no problems. More recently my retro MacBook Pro needed a replacement battery which was done in 24 hours with a free health check thrown in. Plus I had some issues with my Music App MacBook to iPhone which Jason sorted out for me remotely with simple explanations, it was a great lesson too. Many thanks Jason 😊

As good as new!!! My iMac suddenly slowed right down and started to fail out of the blue which was stressful as a music producer and not knowing if i'd lost my projects/songs. Jason was immediately responsive, knew what he was talking about and put me at ease that there would be a solution. 2 days after dropping my iMac off, I've got it home working like brand new and should get plenty more years of use out of it. I can get right back to running my business and creating music so I'm extremely appreciate of All Things Mac!
