Would highly recommend. Referred via workplace for councilling. Andrea has and continues to be amazing.

They offered no help at all. We were advised to attend a 16 week daytime course which my husband & I were unable to attend as we both work full time.
My child was then discharged. We weren't referred to any other health services or sent information that could help with my child daily struggles.
Don't waste your time with this company.

I had a fantastic counsellor for 8 weeks and had some very helpful sessions. After ending I felt better somewhat. About a month later I tried to refer myself back into the service and didn’t hear back from them for 5 weeks, despite being told I would hear back in 2 weeks. This is dreadful for a counselling service. How do they know potential clients aren’t in a worsening state? While I am ok for now, I am appalled by this. Not to mention, when I called back to ask about my appointment, they made no effort to check on me or speed up the process.

I was referred by my GP and waited several months for a appointment. I was not able to attend at the time and date sent so tried to rearrange. After phoning 12 times over the week, leaving answer phone messages and speaking to several call handlers I was told the therapist would call me back but this never happened. At crisis point I returned back to my GP and was given alternative services to try. Disappointed after such a long wait

I was reffered to this service and had good sessions with paul and Claire p but even though both paul and Claire said they would speak to me anytime I felt I needed help they wont because according to nicki the supervisor once your not on there books that's it your on your own again to say Im disgusted with them is an understatement I will never believe a word they say again .Avoid them if you can. and now they are telling lies about me and my behaviour but they don't mention the behaviour of the rude bossy and very snotty Nicki because according to them shes a professional? PROFFESIONAL TROUBLE CAUSER that's what she is.20 weeks of my time wasted.

Been with them for a few month, always happy to help! After been transferred to a different provider and then back again, it was weeks NOT months till I got a appointment.

My 14 year old son, has been waiting to see someone for 10month , rang to chase this up , no return call from them .
Honestly not sure what it takes , to actually get some help .
Must be better services then this & camhs !!!!
